Milk had some capacity problems earlier this morning due to high load, which meant that some customers were intermittently unable to connect. Our engineers have made some further networking changes to free up capacity, and we’ll continue to monitor the situation throughout the day.

Currently you should be able to connect to Milk as normal.

Any teacher with access to Milk can instantly reset student or parent passwords.  Any user with an email address stored under their Milk profile, can reset their own password at any time.
Parents and students are urged to contact their school if they experience technical issues or need help with their login password.
